Lynx 2.0.0 atc device driver bugfix: A bug was noticed when telnetting to
a VMS system from LynxOS and starting VAX NOTES: the Lynx system would
lock up hard. I first commented out the offending infinite loop (after
finding it!) in the NLM sequence, then in 1996 I rewrote large parts of
the driver, fixing several less catastrophic bugs, and added full ANSI
color support.
